Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Preserved Flowers

All preserved flower arrangements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Although long-lasting, preserved flowers are delicate, handled items and cannot be resold once delivered.

Please note that preserved flowers are natural products. Variations in color, texture, shape, and arrangement are normal and are not considered defects.

Gift Boxes & Gift Items

All gift boxes and gift goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, returned gift items cannot be restocked or reused once delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos (and/or unboxing video) of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

What Is Not Considered Damage

The following do not qualify for refunds or replacements:

Minor cosmetic imperfections

Slight packaging wear during transit

Natural variations in preserved flowers

Change of mind or personal preference

Delivery & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services once the order has been dispatched

Orders shipped to third-party recipients (gift recipients) remain the responsibility of the purchaser

Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
